Patient is escorted to the Emergency Room for the pre admission check up.EMO checks the patient in the ER room and diagnose for the cause of admission.The front office staff at the reception will assist you during the billing procedure and paper works.They will generate a UNIQUE Identification Number(UID) for the patient and all the medical records will be maintained and stored by the hospital for all future reference.They will also draw out an estimate and guide you for selecting the relevant category of room.During this admission,necessary admission protocol to follow.
For CGHS/Swastha Sathi/ESI/WBHS/TPA patient,seperate help desk are there to assist the patient as per their need.The BMRC staff will escort the patient to the allotted room/bed.
All patients are advised not to keep any valuable belonging,cash & mobile along during his/her hospital stay.
The BMRC staff will assist you in the discharge process which may take few hours to complete.Once the final bill is generated,you are required to clear your dues by paying cash/credit card/debit card.The nurse will hand over your discharge summary and related reports as available at the time of discharge.You will be briefed about the medications you need to continue after your discharge and any other follow-up instructions.In case you need a medical ambulance to drop you at your home,then please inform our staff to make the necessary arrangements.
At a time not more than two visitors are allowed to visit the patient.No visitor without visiting card will be allowed.
Maximum two family members per patient are allowed for the patient safety. Visitors are requested to stay in critical care not more than 5 minutes
